Location on the Chattahoochee River is approximately 1/2 mile south of where the Soque River joins the Chattahoochee River. This is approximately 1 mile below Buck Shoals off of Duncan Bridge Road (highway 384).

There are numerous Cherokee Indian "trail trees" on the property and several nature trails.

Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Swimming, Boating, Rafting,& Horseshoes. Great Restaurants (barbecue to fine dining), Antiquing, Mountain Activities in nearby Helen and Clarkesville. NO HUNTING!
